crickx Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between you ("Player", "User", "you") and crickx ("crickx", "the Platform", "we", "us") with respect to your access and use of crickx's website, games, betting services, payment facilities, and any related services made available at crickx.lat and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the crickx Platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by crickx, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the crickx Platform and close your account if one exists.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies published on crickx, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual Bonus Terms applicable to specific promotions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

To register and maintain a crickx account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years of age or older. crickx does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You are accessing crickx voluntarily, for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a professionally excluded person, a self-excluded person, or a person otherwise prohibited from gambling under applicable law or by a competent regulatory authority.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of crickx, or of any game provider supplying content to crickx, in a role that would create a conflict of interest with your participation as a player.

crickx reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any user at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any other point during your account's life. Acceptable documentation includes government-issued national identity cards (CNIC), passports, and driver's licences. crickx may temporarily restrict or permanently close accounts where satisfactory age or identity verification cannot be completed.

Each eligible individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered crickx account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other identifying information, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

3.1 Accurate Information

When registering a crickx account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information remains current and accurate at all times. Material inaccuracies in account information may result in account suspension pending verification.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crickx login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. crickx will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify crickx support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that your registered mobile number has been acquired by a third party.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your crickx account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. crickx accounts have no monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be traded.

crickx processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following authorised payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, and Meezan Bank, and such other methods as crickx may make available from time to time. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your crickx account balance as quickly as the relevant payment provider's system permits. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the crickx deposit page and are subject to change. crickx does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which crickx accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on crickx are processed subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements, satisfactory identity verification, and compliance with crickx's anti-money laundering procedures. crickx targets processing of most withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval for standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa requests. Processing times may vary for bank transfer withdrawals or during periods of high transaction volume. crickx reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

crickx operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable international standards. Deposits made to crickx are expected to represent funds that are legally owned by the depositing player. crickx may refuse, delay, or reverse transactions where it has reasonable grounds to suspect involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime, and may report such transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

crickx offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to players who are fully registered and verified on crickx.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time period. Uncompleted bonuses expire at the end of the relevant promotional period and will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• crickx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, or to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, at any time, with such changes communicated via the crickx website.
• Abuse of the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or coordinated exploitation of promotions with other players — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• A maximum of one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, per device, and per IP address.

All games and betting products offered on crickx are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game or market on the Platform. By participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules for that product.

6.1 Malfunction & Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure affecting a game or bet, crickx reserves the right to void the affected round, bet, or game session. Any wagers placed during a period of malfunction may be refunded at crickx's discretion, but no obligation exists to honour results generated under conditions of confirmed system error. crickx shall not be liable to players for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond crickx's reasonable control.

6.2 Betting Limits

crickx reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum betting limits on any game, market, or player account at any time. Sportsbook maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day, and are displayed within the sportsbook interface. crickx may void bets placed in excess of applicable limits and return the stake to the player's account.

6.3 Obvious Errors in Odds

Where sports betting odds or casino game paytables are published in error — due to a human or technical mistake resulting in pricing that is materially inconsistent with the true market — crickx reserves the right to correct the error and void any bets placed at the erroneous price. crickx will use reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly and to communicate corrections to affected players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on crickx and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and where appropriate, permanent closure and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive crickx through the use of false identity, falsified documentation, manipulated payment transactions, or misrepresentation of any material fact.
• Money Laundering: Use of crickx to deposit, process, or withdraw funds that represent proceeds of criminal activity.
• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, poker variant, or tournament offered on crickx.
• Automated Software: Use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with crickx games or betting markets.
• Arbitrage & Exploitation: Systematic exploitation of crickx's bonus system, odds errors, game mechanics, or any other Platform feature in a manner inconsistent with genuine player participation.
• Account Sharing: Sharing access to your crickx account with any other person for the purpose of circumventing security controls, bonus eligibility rules, or betting limits.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access any part of the crickx platform, or another player's account, through means other than the standard authorised login process.

crickx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, violation of the single-account policy, or at crickx's sole discretion in the interests of maintaining the integrity and security of the Platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, crickx reserves the right to withhold any balances, including real-money deposits and bonus funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where an investigation confirms a material breach, crickx may permanently forfeit such balances and take such further action as may be appropriate, including referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Players who wish to close their own crickx account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting crickx customer support. Self-exclusion options are also available directly within account settings for players who wish to restrict their own access for responsible gaming purposes.

crickx is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players on its platform. The Platform provides a range of tools to support informed and controlled participation in real-money gaming, including player-controlled deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from within account settings and take effect immediately upon activation.

crickx strictly enforces its 21+ age policy and requires players to engage with Platform services as a form of entertainment, not as a means of income or financial relief. All content on the crickx Platform, including but not limited to the crickx brand name, logo, website design, user interface, software, game graphics, text, audio, and video content, is owned by or licensed to crickx and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the crickx Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of crickx.

Your use of the crickx Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform's content for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, or otherwise commercialise any crickx content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crickx shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the crickx Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost gaming winnings, or data loss, even if crickx has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

crickx's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the crickx Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit crickx's liability for death or personal injury caused by crickx's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

crickx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at crickx.lat/privacy-policy. By registering an account on crickx, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

crickx applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. crickx may share your data with payment providers, identity verification services, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement where required by applicable law or these Terms.

crickx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the crickx Platform, with reasonable advance notice where the nature of the change permits. Minor amendments, corrections, and clarifications may be made without specific individual notification.

The version of these Terms in force at the time of any dispute is the version that shall govern that dispute. crickx recommends that all players review these Terms periodically to remain aware of their current obligations and rights.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the crickx Platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which crickx holds its gaming licence, as determined by the applicable licensing authority. Pakistani law may apply concurrently to the extent required by the player's place of residence.

In the event of a dispute between you and crickx, you are encouraged to contact crickx's customer support team in the first instance, providing full details of your complaint in writing via [email protected]. crickx aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days where possible.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through crickx's internal complaints procedure, you may refer the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under whose licence crickx operates. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
